29 weeks!

I FEEL LIKE A BLIMP.
- end of post -
No but seriously I do. I'm so hot and uncomfortable in this heat lately but I'm trying to keep up and be fun for Greyson. He doesn't want to stay inside or sleep all day like I do. Total bummer.
I'm swelling up more each day and that increases my soreness. Its way different from my first pregnancy which you could barely tell I was pregnant and I had no aches at all. Is this a girl thing? She certainly is making it clear that while she's in utero my body belongs to her not me.
I had a full blown melt down yesterday in the Old Navy parking lot. I bought a bathing suit a size too small, accidentally obviously, and they wouldn't let me get a bigger size. The tags and stickers were pulled off so they wouldn't accept it. Like REALLY?! It's not like when you buy a bathing suit and go to wear it for the first time that you say "Oh let me put it on with all the tags and stickers just to make sure it looks good first. So I waddled my way back to the car and balled my eyes out because I don't fit in anything and Old Navy was so mean to me. Just to make it worse we went over to TJMaxx to find a new bathing suit there. Since now I've wasted $20 at Old Navy that is literally never going to fit me and they were rude and not helpful at all I didn't want to go back there again. Couldn't find any bathing suits to fit me so I looked for shorts. I found a cute pair, bought them, got home to try them on and what do ya know they don't fit. Here begins emotional breakdown number two for the day. This all happened within a three hour period so I've decided that I'm going to wear nothing but sweat pants for the rest of the pregnancy and hibernate. I'll be pretending that I'm in these jeans again, looking cute.
I love being pregnant but not fitting in anything sucks period never mind how awful it feels when you're just about 7 1/2 months pregnant. I'm questioning wearing a garbage bag for a bathing suit today. It might just happen.
On a more positive note, baby girl is wonderful. She is kicking away in there. She gets the hiccups at least 10 times a day and when she's finally over them she immediately scrambles to find my belly button and get back to digging her escape route. I love feeling her moving around. I catch myself laying with my hands over my belly most of the time. Feeing the movement is easily my favorite part of pregnancy hands down. I've said it a million times but I am so so so very curious about what she will look like! Her ultrasound is precious. Her little button nose is adorably kissable. And please please, for the love of god, give this little babe some hair! I pray she comes out with some more than the fuzz Greyson has. His hair is just now starting to grow a bit but its still nothing we can style or even brush. I've got to stock up on headbands for her so people won't constantly mistake her for a boy should she be bald.
Well, it's nap time here. Greyson is asleep and I'm going to join him. Gotta take advantage of every minute!
Bye bye!

How far along: 29 weeks
Gender: Girl
Weight gain: 27 lbs
Sleep: I just cannot get enough! Although Greyson has been tough to get to sleep lately he is sleeping better through the night and if he wakes up once he goes back down easily.
Stretch marks: No
Missing: Roller coasters! I've heard lots of people talk about going to amusement parks this summer and I really want to go 90mph at a downward incline, scared for my life.
Cravings: Nothing in particular really. Popsicles of any kind are on my radar right now but I'm not having any real cravings.
