January Update

The near year has already brought many challenges, but a few great things too. We have been looking for a house for a while. Finally, we found the perfect home for us! Although the process of finding a home was crazy stressful, Daniel and I are ecstatic and just cannot wait to move in! Daniel started his own business. Like any business it takes time to get booming but he is working so very hard at it. I have to add that all of that hard work is starting to pay off - slowly but surely! You can check out what his business is all about here. So back to the house.. with this move means packing. I honestly didn't realize how difficult it was going to be to pack with children! AH! I started. I really think I've organized and thrown out more stuff than I've actually packed though. When I think to pack something I'm like 'wait, we use this all the time'. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm going to hit up pinterest for some tips. I am a historically bad packer. I need some serious help. Haha. On the bright side of things there's lots to look forward to. Greyson turns two oh so soon! I'm so excited and so sad all at the same time. Looking back at pictures I really notice how big he is now. He's the most charming little man I ever did see. We can't wait for him to enjoy his birthday party. Oh and get his first power wheels! Whaaaaat?! Yep! Daniel and I have wanted to get him one for so long but have been really really good about waiting for his second birthday. Yay! Don't tell him now. Its a secret!
In our down time lately its just been snuggles, games and crazy hair from the bath. If we're not just relaxing then most likely Greyson is teaching us something new. Like the fact that he apparently 'needs' scotch. Yea. You read that right. Daniel was drinking scotch one night and Greyson informed us of his dire need for some scotch. Hilarious. Here;s a little glimpse at that crazy hair I was talking about. I'm off to cuddle my babes. Til next time! XOXO
